Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy.
In most cases, in order to be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In some cases, we will accept return of defective or otherwise unsatisfactory products for exchange or store credit. Such decisions depend on our ability to obtain credit for the defective item from our vendors and are made on an individual basis.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly those of a perishable nature (i.e., certain veterinary supplies, hay, feed, etc.). We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, which items are eligible for return on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
